Shipping
Benicia Garden & Nursery uses the U.S. Postal Service for the majority of shipments. Regular shipping is via either US First Class or Priority Mail depending on the contents of the individual order. Express shipping is via UPS 2-day air. Some orders may be drop shipped directly from our suppliers depending on the availability of our current in-store stock.
Returns
100% satisfaction is our goal: ordering, shipping, customer service and selection. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately. We promise to do everything we can to make things right.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items for refund.

Benicia Garden & Nursery accepts all major credit cards for online purchases including; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Any order placed by mail or fax with check/money order payment is subject to a processing delay of up to 10 days.

This policy covers information collected by Benicia Garden & Nursery including all the associated web sites and services.

Customer Information: Information is collected at the time of a sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the products. Customer lists are not not sold or distributed to third parties. Benicia Garden & Nursery does not use customer lists to send solicitations (except for e-mail newsletters that are opt-in only subscriptions).
Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed in our store at our point of sale terminals. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties. Benicia Garden & Nursery does not maintain a copy of the credit card information on its servers.
Information About Children: Benicia Garden & Nursery does not attempt to collect personal information from children. If children do send personal information to Benicia Garden & Nursery the information is deleted. Note that Benicia Garden & Nursery cannot always determine that a user is a child. Benicia Garden & Nursery does not maintain databases about children.
Web Site Log Files: We site log files are generated that collect the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.
Cookies: The web store uses cookies that keep track of items ordered. They are used so a user can shop and maintain a list of items in their "shopping cart" and have a total due calculated. A user does not have to supply any personal information unless they decide to complete an order and pay via credit card. Orders can also be printed and paid by mail or fax without entering any information. These cookies are not used for any other purpose.
No Third Party Downloads: No Images, files, or cookies are downloaded from third party servers. This means no banner networks, hidden "web bugs" (images of size 1x1 pixel used to track users).
Mailing Lists: Benicia Garden & Nursery may maintain subscription mailing lists. All users must confirm their subscriptions via return e-mail. Users are never added based on requesting information, making a purchase, or forgetting to uncheck some box during ordering.
User Registration: Benicia Garden & Nursery sites do not require user registration to access content. Optional customer registration is available that stores the customers billing and mailing address. This registration is for the convenience of return customers to expedite the checkout process, but is not required to place an order with us.
The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change. The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. If there are changes made in the future the changes will not affect information already collected.
